Computer Engineering Student • Backend • Systems • Infrastructure
I'm a Computer Engineering student at Thapar Institute. Currently, I'm building CampusGrid and diving deep into operating systems and systems programming.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring backend systems, Linux, distributed systems, virtualization, and developer tooling. I spend an unhealthy amount of time understanding how software actually works under the hood.

Professional Experience
Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology
Software Developer Intern- Built and shipped production backend systems to orchestrate accreditation workflows for 15,000+ student data points.
- Optimised PostgreSQL aggregation queries to reduce reporting latency by over 90% during concurrent grading locks.
- Implemented role-based access isolation layers to enforce security compliance rules across institutional departments.
Farmer Dairy
Freelance Backend Developer- Designed and deployed payment processing pipelines and distributed caching structures using Redis.
- Automated background SMS notification queues to handle delivery logging and customer order flow tracking.
Swachhalita
Full Stack & Automation Intern- Built internal Bash shell automation workflows to cut deployment and environment setup times.
- Refactored full-stack features and API contracts across core systems codebases.
Systems I've Shipped
CampuGrid
Design & Working PrototypesMaking idle consumer GPUs useful again.
A distributed system designed to schedule and sandbox machine learning model training runs across untrusted, heterogeneous host machines. Rejects root privileges and isolates system execution paths to protect compute providers.
OBE Platform
Accreditation Automation PlatformThe backend powering Thapar's accreditation workflow.
Designed and shipped a production database matrix pipeline that consolidates course grading outcomes, CSV imports, and criteria configurations into verified reports for academic audits.
context-pilot
Open Source PyPI PackageHelping coding agents waste fewer tokens.
An open-source developer CLI (published on PyPI) that prunes source code context using tree-sitter S-expression parse trees, preventing tokens from being wasted on statement bodies during agent runs.
Patterns I Keep Returning To
I don't believe in universal truths or commandments. These are the working habits, observations, and loops that explain why I build the things I build, directly backed by my own homelab environment and source code explorations.

Let's build something.
I'm always happy to talk about backend engineering, distributed systems, infrastructure, Linux, developer tooling, or interesting problems in general. If something here resonated with you, I'd love to hear from you.
